Amend the planning scheme ordinance by inserting provisions relating to the cost of major drainage work, public open spaces and road works for subdivision of land shown in Schedule 15 - Hilary Street Overall Development Plan (Road, Lot and Drainage Layout) (ODP).

DRAFT AMENDMENT 1/2008 TO THE MEANDER VALLEY PLANNING SCHEME 1995

The application is to:

rezone 127 hectares of land at Birralee Road, Westbury from Rural Zone (RU1) to Industrial Zone (IN);
incorporate an Outline Development Plan and associated standards into the planning scheme ordinance to guide future development of the site; and
delete the Special Zone Delineated Area (3) from Clause 3.13.4 of the ordinance and planning scheme Plans.
