It was agreed at the Directions Hearing that the public hearing will now be held between 17 June and 10 July 2009.
A Hearing Schedule will be prepared by the Commission once all issues are identified and proofs of evidence are received. Proofs of evidence will be placed on the website in the “Hearing” tab and will be updated as proofs are received.
Those taking part in the hearing have been asked to provide proofs of evidence to the Commission by the close of business on 27 May 2009. Any responding proofs are to be provided to the Commission by the close of business on the 10th June 2009.
