Investigations by Walker Corporation in Ralphs Bay

Walker Corporation Pty Ltd has informed the Commission that:

• the Minister for Primary Industries and Water has approved the issue of a licence to Walker Corporation for the purposes of conducting sediment quality and geotechnical investigations in Ralphs Bay;
• these investigations will enable development of the Integrated Impact Statement (IIS) in accordance with the scoping guidelines issued by the Commission; and
• the investigations in Ralphs Bay will commence on 20 June 2008
